To the students’ horror, she picked up two of the cakes and plopped them on top of the first one, making a gross smushed-frosting tower.

Her point?
Only ice the top layer.

Otherwise all your work will get covered up.

A lot of wannabe-entrepreneurs are paying attention to the wrong things.

They focus so hard on unimportant things and leave gaping holes in the important ones.
